So before I actually got to FDU, I knew what I wanted to do with my life, but this college gave me the tools and, more importantly, the confidence to actually do it.
Yeah, I knew I wanted to be a dentist since I was 14, and FDU had the perfect biology track to get me there.
I chose FDU because of the location. It was close enough to my house, but far enough away from my house.
I didn't want to go to one of those schools that had like 5 million people in a class size and 3 TAs and you never get to talk to the professor.
I had this one biology professor that poured so much into me and cared so much that inspired me to care, and I wouldn't be here without him.
FDU gave me a generous scholarship that made college affordable.
So when I first got to FDU, I was really, really shy. By the time I graduated from FDU, I was the president of five organizations, so I absolutely learned leadership here.
What made FDU unique for me was honestly the diversity. I was in class with a little bit of everybody from a little bit of everywhere. I got to learn all sorts of different cultures.
One of the best parts of my FDU experience was the friendships. Some of my best friends then are still my best friends now.
You should check out FDU because it's a great place to learn, grow, and be a leader.
Thanks to FDU, now I do what I love for a living. I'm Tony, and FDU changed my world.
