Watch how FDU helped Ariana explore her interests and turn them into a degree in psychology.

Small classes and a beautiful campus were great features of FDU, but it was the specialized programs no other school offered that made the difference for Ariana.

Hi. My name is Ariana Smith, and I'm an industrial organizational psychology graduate student at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I came to FDU because of the beautiful campus, small class sizes and specialized program that I couldn't find anywhere else.

FDU afforded me the opportunity to explore my interest and expand my knowledge through incredible internships with industry leaders and organizations that spoke to my values and career goals, my IO professors, they educated me, not only through what I learned in the classroom, but by asking me questions about myself that I hadn't like thought to answer.

You know, how do I want to show up in the world? And how do I want to show up in the subject that I've worked so hard to understand? If you're thinking about coming to FDU, go for it, because it's a chance to grow with people who really care about your success at FDU, I seized the moment and it changed my world.
