I'm Cassandra Alman, and I'm currently a tax analyst at Barclays investment bank.
Going through college, my favorite classes were both tax and audit, and I found that my job as a tax operations analyst really excites me, because I can connect what I've learned in the classroom to what I do every day working for the bank.
My experience at FDU honestly exceeded my expectations, as I had the opportunity to become great friends with my classmates, travel to nearby studies, Broadway shows, museums and concerts, and while still on campus, participate in multiple student organizations.
One of my favorite memories of attending FDU would be studying abroad at FDU rocks campus.
It was always a dream for me to study abroad, and I was not sure if it would be possible with my rigorous class schedule, until I heard of the opportunity to go on a short, week long study abroad trip with FDU honors program every day was fulfilling.
As we visited our oxen campus, where we got to take short classes on British culture and history, and then travel to nearby cities such as London, Oxford and Banbury.
At FDU, I seized the moment and it changed my world.
